3.1 Mandatory KYC. All 777bat accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. 4.3 You must notify 777bat customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 777bat will investigate all such reports and may suspend the account during the investigation period for the Player's protection.
4.4 777bat will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 777bat and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4.5 You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your 777bat account while logged in under your credentials, including any wagers placed or withdrawals requested, unless you have notified 777bat of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. 6.5 777bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Changes to promotion terms will not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts prior to the change.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777bat platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 Where 777bat determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, 777bat may: suspend or permanently close the Player's account; void all pending and historical bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit any balance in the account; and report the Player's details to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
9.1 All content on the 777bat platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software code, and user interface designs, is the intellectual property of 777bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777bat platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.

11.2 Available Tools. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limits; and wagering limits at any time. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

12.2 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request closure of their 777bat account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any remaining account balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

12.4 Upon account closure by either party, the Player's right to access the 777bat platform ceases immediately. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming under international gaming licensing standards. 13.4 Language. All dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The English-language version of these Terms shall be the governing text in all cases.
13.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
